I received a Intuit debit card for my business. I did not open any account with Intuit that needs a debit card. I have called several times and can not get an answer. Nothing came with the debit to explain anything and what account this maybe part of. I believe this was done fraudulently. Can someone help?
We are a small business exploring alternative credit card processing options due to our current provider increasing rates and deducting a percentage of our received funds. We need someone who knows QB online Advanced to come to office and set up our payroll. We do job costing for our techs time. We only have 2 full time techs that need job costed for payroll. In my current view of my reports landing page (both when viewing my own QBO Accountant account and when I access my client's accounts), the lists of available reports are displayed in two columns, as normal, but the columns are so wide that instead of ending to the left of the little images that QBO displays in the lower right of each section of the reports center (the little cartoon-y drawings of a bank, money going into someone's hand, etc.), the report names overlap those images. And wherever they overlap, the images prevent me from interacting with the "favorites" star or the 3-dot action dropdown next to the report name, because these elements are essentially being "obscured" by the image. See the attached modified screenshot -- basically I'm unable to interact with everything inside the red circle (give or take). I've tried changing my zoom level drastically in different directions (from 30% to 120% -- my normal zoom when using QBO is 80%), but it makes no difference. I've a

In the additional federal income tax withholding box, I tried to enter 20% instead of fixed dollar amount and it would not allow me to do so. Is it possible to withhold an additional 20% of federal income tax per the employee's request?

This is why QB will continue to receive a 1/10 on "Recommend to your friends" from us! QB STILL has not fixed the automatic tax calculations based on locations for recurring transactions. I'm having to manually edit, calculate, and re-save dozens of invoices monthly that are automatically calculated from QB's "automation". So ridiculous. Does anyone have any workaround for this?
Hello Community,,This is more how to go about a data entry for monies being erratically spent and deposited. I have a client who has two LLCs of which he is the sole member. I'm having the darndest time getting him to keep these monies separate between himself, personal banking, and between his two companies. I know how to go about having it set up. It's just getting him to abide by it. These transactions are from the previous year. I'm having trouble figuring out how to account for the sloshing of funds from one banking/credit card account to another among the three entities. I'll give you examples. If you can tell me how to record the entries for these I would be most appreciative. For QuickBooks Online - Has anyone else experienced losing all access to their Company for unknown reasons and spending hours with QuickBooks tech support over several days to still not have access? My account was fine late July 31st. When I logged in on August 1st, it says "Company cannot be found." I have spent now over 5 hours on chat and the phone trying to get help. At least 3 different case numbers have been created as you can't talk with the same rep each time and I have to restart process each time I call in. The three resolutions have been - "let's see if it resets itself overnight," which it didn't; your account needs to be reset with a new email address - that still didn't help; and now apparently it's been escalated to a Tier 2 something for a full reset or something. I should hear something in the next day or so. In the meantime, I have not been able to do anything on our finances - I spent the past several months moving everything into QBO. Hello,I am a Quickbooks Online customer and very happy with the software to run my business.With the offering of 3% interest in QB Checking Envelopes, I decided to transfer a large sum of money from another business account to QuickBooks Checking (Envelope). It said 3 to 5 business days to complete the transaction. I was without my funds for 10 days and I had to call 5 times into QuickBooks Checking and Green Dot Bank to finally someone asked me to go back to the external bank and get a trace number, which I did and started a case. It took 2 days after that for the case to get resolved and receive my funds in the Envelope.The whole experience was horrible and wasted so much of my time and was very unpleasant.Then I received today an email from Quickbooks that says, my case is closed because they did not see any issue with my debit card? Debit Card??? My case had nothing to do with Debit Card.I see significant lack of attention to details and total chaos between
I had difficulty starting to condense a file in Accounts desktop 2022. After updating QB, using Tool Hub and file doctor, and verify & rebuilding, I was able to get the condense process to begin. The help article said the process could take minutes or even hours. Well I left the file open and running overnight, and this morning the icon is still in my task bar, and PC and drive lights are flashing, but when I look at Task Manager, the 4 open process under QuickBooks show no activity on the processor. When I click the taskbar icon, QuickBooks tries to open but warns me that a file is already open and only Accountant and Enterprise can open more than one file at a time. This is puzzling. What is my next step? I am tempted to go to Task Manager and end the task.

Greetings, We are a professional services firm, and we use project codes/billing codes for our billable assignments. We use monday.com as our project management system, and once a project has been completed, and is ready to be invoiced, we manually enter all the details as a new project in QuickBooks. This is time-consuming, and leaves room for human error. We can export the data from monday.com in .csv format, but we are unable to import that as a project on QuickBooks. QuickBooks Time appears to be one solution for this, but we may also need to consider other options. We would be keen to hear from advisors to other professional services firms who work in a similar way, and who have found solutions for importing projects, which are essentially distinct billable assignments with project codenames or billing codes. Our QB online account got imported into QB back in 2022. The people before me never correctly categorized or expensed the banking transactions so now our QB balance and our actual bank balance does not even match at all. Is there any way I can go about fixing this without screwing up our 2022 financials? I do not want our Balance Sheet to be misstated with an incorrect bank balance.
I need to extract the Transaction report, I need the debit & credit columns, however when I tried to add it only the debit column appeared.
Client, who is the primary admin, get an error message saying he doesn't have the correct right to add an accountant user. This has been going on for a month. Intuit support is useless. We get scheduled update on the ticket. All the scheduled updates are saying the engineers need additional time to investigate. The next "scheduled update" on the ticket is March 15. We tried upgrade the subscription. Client can add me as a user, not as an accountant. Client does subscribe the quick bookkeeping service from intuit. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with the issue. Appreciate if any insight on this issue.
We utilize cost codes for T&M invoicing. I pull an invoice to populate costs associated and then add/update the line items as necessary. However, my manager wants me to create a progress invoices BASED off the T&M invoice. I cannot void the T&M invoice or it removes the costs and puts inventory back into inventory. My accountant stated to zero out the T&M invoice (which I do) but doing this really makes the reports look incorrect. IE costs are correct, but I zero it out and create a "fake" invoice and send to client. How can I review the billable costs associated without creating an invoice? Is there a report that is combined for time as well as materials? I cannot locate.
Our QB Enterprise license has lapsed and we are looking to renew it, the person handling that has retired a few years back and we have trouble resetting the password because Intuit asked to send a PIN to her mobile, so we are stuck. What are my options? Thanks!
I work for two companies that have very little activity anymore so I'm looking for a better QB product than I'm currently using because its overkill and costly. I'm using QB desktop Pro Plus 2022. I will no longer be doing payroll for either comapny. Any suggestions would be helpful.
