Can anyone tell me how to get this popup to stop appearing when opening the company file?We have tried logging into Intuit and the qbw is already password protected. The popup is preventing API transfers from occuring without QB being open.
Can someone tell me if I am able to use any merchant services provider with Quickbooks Ent. Solutions 22 and Quickbooks Desktop POS 19 without doing a bunch of extra work and being able to track the sales etc.?
Hello, I am getting a notification that after 3/30/23 the only bank feed available for American Express will be "American Express - QBDT". I disabled my feed to try to re-establish my bank feed using the new system and it requires the account owner approval and says to "have the authorized account holder provide authorization." Does this mean this only works with the account owner's login information? I have always been able to link the accounts before using my account manager login. Another article I read said that this update only applies to people who are setting up new bank feed connections after 3/30/23 and if we have an old connection it will continue working. This may be true, if you never have to disconnect your old feed, but that is rarely the case. I would like to make sure I can get the new connection working when I inevitably have to re-establish a connection and the "American Express" option is not available anymore. Any assistance you prov
It NEVER matches things correctly, and when I hit "not a match" it starts pulling up similar transacations, ALSO NOT CORRECT, and I have to sit there for like 30 minutes just hitting not a match until this stupid program finally gives up trying to find similar transactions.

I am working in my clients qboa and for some reason the finance charges and late fees do not get pulled in on the bank feeds for the credit card. Is there a way to manually enter those so that my reconciliations are correct each month? Of course the checking account payments come out correctly when I pay the bill they just aren't in the register for the credit card.
My company is in one of the few cities with a city tax and a resident income tax. An employee also lived in that city, but has moved so that they no longer owe a resident taxes. I changed their address in the 'Payroll->Employees' and then clicking on the employee. In the "Tax Withholdings" section under "Local Taxes" it has a checkbox next to the 'city, county' (actual names) where my company is located. There is no further breakdown for 'work tax' and 'resident tax' as I remember. The help says to click on "Edit Location", but there is no "Edit Location" on that page. Is this now set up automatically and the help has not been updated, or is there something else I need to do?
I am urgently looking for a report like the Detail Transaction Report for a specific Vendor that shows what invoices were paid with each Bill Payment. I need to provide the vendor with detail showing them what invoices we believe our checks paid through all of 2024 to current, and the transaction report shows the invoices, credits and bill payments, but doesn't identify which invoices were paid with each check. The vendor didn't always apply the payments as we intended and so now we are at a point where they have agreed to review the detail we intended to help straighten things out. Is there a report that will show the detail on which invoices were paid with each check other than looking at each individual check throughout the prior year? Help!! Thanks in advance for any guidance on this.
In mid-October QuickBooks Online made some sort of a change in how it handles Indiana Unemployment Tax. It then made payroll adjustments totaling $187.00 across every one of our payroll periods. Some appeared to be rounding error in calculations (0.01 - 0.02) but 12 of them are higher than $1.00, and a few are above $25.00. The problem has continued this year, with every payroll period having Payroll Adjustments of 0.01 - 0.02 (plus or minus). And because these adjustments are basically single-ended transactions you can only review or delete them. We have implemented the Locations feature in our business, and there is no way to specify a location for these adjustments. As a result they show up in a new "Not Specified" column and mess up EVERY SINGLE REPORT I have to do for our business. I have contacted Intuit multiple times. The first chat session took over an hour and all I got was that they needed to escalate it to a higher tech level. I was promised an update in a week. T

Customer emails not showing on invoices
When batch entering transactions from my excel sheet, every time I paste, the amounts for any line that has an account associated with it are turned to 0.00. This does not happen for any amount that has an ITEM associated with it, those are pasted over correctly. I've checked formatting, changed to number, checked for extra spaces, etc. I'm still getting zeroes and having to manually type the amounts all over again. Any help would be appreciated.
I dont understand why i cant add multiple time off policies. I would like to be able to add Vacation time regular time, Vacation time over time, Sick regular time and Sick over time. We work on a 45 hour work week. 9 Hours a day clocked in. If someone takes off the 1 day through out the week we subtract 8hr regular time and 1 hour over time from the 45 hours in the week giving us 32 hours regular time and 4 hours OT. Using 8 hours regular pay and 1 hour ot pay. With the policies currently i have no way of keeping track of the 5 overtime hours for the remaining balance without it only showing 36 hours of regular time pay while my employee has 32 hours regular time pay and 4 hours of OT actually left. Quick books desktop allowed this to happen. Why doesn't QuickBooks online, Super Frustrating that this cant be a simple ask to add. We filed our 1099s using QBO but the state of MA likes to make things complicated. I need to now upload the 1099s to the MA Tax connect site.Has anyone figured out a way to convert the QB PDF document to a text format that will be accepted by the MA Tax Connect website? I've attempted different conversions to text file but all of them fail to upload. I get an error message about the file needed to be 750 characters. Is there a particular 3rd party software people are using to convert the file? QB will not release the file they use to remit to the IRS (which is the format also needed for MA). My preference is to not mail the forms as they include the SS #s of vendors.
I run a lot of reports. I would like to set the RUN Date of ALL reports at THIS YEAR.Currently it's at past 90 days. SO each time I change a report, I have to go change the date and this has caused a couple errors from my assistant thinking she was running THIS YEAR and only ran past 90 days....I want the DEFAULT as THIS YEAR on ALL reports, I don't want to have to set EACH one as custom...as that's insane...wayyyyy too many reports.... just a default.... ???
I along with over 50 over my other friends hate the way QB is going. Is there and alternative to the non cloud based quicbooks pro? No intuit?

Hi,I need to generate an Excel report for a specific item or description sold from January to the present.The report should include every serial number invoiced for that item for each customer with invoice number and date I have the inventory serial number add-on for Quick Books. I have tried with no success.. Please help..
Also i do not have inventory i purchase parts for each job that i do...
