I need to get a report that will show me the AP Aging by customer field. We receive draws from our customers and then pay bills on behalf of them and need I am trying to develop and excel model for a cash flow and I can get the AR side side by customer and need to get the AP side. How can i get an AP report with customer data which is how we track it?
This is an outstanding invoice and I want the original date listed, so creating a new invoice is not an option.

when giving customers multiple options to choose from, the subtotal of all items together is often off-putting. If I quote 3 different levels of Equipment for an install, the first thing they see may be 18,000 dollars, while the highest price of the best equipment is only 6500. small but important detail when customers are getting multiple quotes and deciding who to use. seems simple, not sure why i cant make it happen
How do I back up a specific period of time only (Ex. 1/1/22 - 12/31/22) that I can share?

I customized a payment receipt and checked it as the default. If I print the receipt it prints the customized one but if I email it then it sends the QB generic payment receipt.
Does anyone know how to disable the "PAID" watermark from $0.00 invoices in QuickBooks Online? The end user should decide "IF" a watermark appears on Invoices!
Hi All -We had an issue with our Federal and State taxes this week. There was an issue with our bank, and there were not enough funds in the account at the time it was debited. The account was fully funded shortly after. QB Intuit sent an email saying the money would be re-debited, (only the federal has. it's been 2days and the state taxes have not).We've contacted support numerous times, and no one can give us an answer as to when it will be re-debited again. Once that happens, our account will be on hold/suspended for 5 business days before we can use it. This means we cannot run payroll direct deposit due next week! According to the support doc their automated email sent us, https://community.intuit.com/articles/1418644, it says we can Wire money or pay using Versapay link and to contact them for this. If we do that it claims it will remove the hold/suspension on our account sooner than 5 business days. When we ask QB support about this, every single support rep
Recently when I print invoices there is a box (text box?) that appears at the bottom of the invoice. It does not show when I preview the invoice before printing it. How do I get rid of it?

I recently took over the treasurers position for a small non profit who had been using quicken desktop. They have since been migrated to quickbooks online. Their excel treasurers report originally had begining balance, revenue, expenses, ending balance and transfers. Quicken had a custom report for this which included transfers. Now that they are in QBO, there's no report or custom report I can find/create that includes transfers. They do not show up on a P&L (understandably since its not actually a exp/rev) This is creating a challenge as the ending balance of individual bank accounts don't match their balance sheet at the end of each month. For example, say the general fund opening balance is 100, revenue is 50, expenses is 25, but they transfer 200 from their reserve fund the the general fund. That $200 transfer does not get picked up in the P&L (I understand why). The opening balance of 100 + 50 revenue - 25 expenses = 125, which is what their excel treasurers rep
I've transferred funds from a linked savings account into three new certificates of deposit. The three transfers show in QuickBooks from the linked savings account. I have not recorded the transfers in QuickBooks as I can't figure out how to show the new CD accounts to use as the destinations for the transfers.How do I create the new CD accounts in QuickBooks and reconcile the transfers?
I have an S-Corp and am the only employee. My 3rd party payroll prcessor pays my federal and state income taxes each month in a separate withdrawl from my checking (along with standard PR taxes). I'm understanding the federal and state income taxes are personal and not taxed to my S-Corp, so these would be considered a shareholder distrution, is that correct? Would I set this account up as an equity account in the 3000's and expense these income tax payments from that account? And am I understanding these distributions would not be taxable- so I wouldnt' be double taxed?
Running Windows 10, been using Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2017 monthly to record simple transactions for a small non-profit. Last used successfully on Nov 27, then closed Quickbooks. Tried to reopen QB from the windows Start page on Dec 5, 2024; the QB Icon was there, but when I selected the down arrow to display the features to open, the QB program was not there, but a "Install QuickBooks Timer" icon is now present. Ran Quickbooks Tool Hub, but that did not help. It appears my company files are still on my computer. Any ideas/thoughts? I've got the original install discs with the license numbers, can/should I reinstall? I see copies of QB Desktop 2024 for sale with a download (no install disc),can they still be installed? Our non-profit cannot afford the monthly cost of the on-line version. Thanks in advance!
In QBO, there is only an option to add a credit card. A customer switched payments from a credit card to a check. Despite saving the check as the preferred payment method, we have several instances where the Credit Card is charged. We must have a way to remove the credit card from their account.
I have the QuickBooks Online Advanced with all the available options. Does anyone know why I can't sort invoices by Custom Dates? This is insane that Intuit doesn't allow this basic, accounting function!
I have tried all the formatting options on the custom forms styles tab / menu settings, etc. There is an option to change font and size but that is it. I need the email alignment option.
