My transaction history jumps from August 2023 to November 2023. Is there a way to restore the transactions in between?

I have previously linked a vendor credit to a bill because it needed to be applied to a requested project. I then had a payment post that was short that vendor credit - but all bills for that vendor are now paid. How do I correctly post that the rest of the invoices for that vendor are paid with that check that was shorted the credit & resolve the difference in QB since the credit was already used? Thx!
I received a notice from IRS changing my deposit requirements for next year. The quarter liabilities listed show less than 50K due to the June 30 2024 showing as 0.00. I completed the 941 in QuickBooks desktop and printed the form, but apparently, I did not hit submit or something else went wrong. The form shows up in my saved list, but not in my e-file list. Yikes! what do I do?? I submit payroll liabilities every week through our bank draft, so there should be no taxes due. Do I start over and re-submit?
Hi!Is anyone else having Fraud issues with Intuit? In the past month we have had Intuit transactions that have been fraudulent. Every time I call or IM for help, no-one seems to know how to help. Intuit keeps charing us also for these transactions that we are canceling through our bank b/c they are fraudulent. So far paying intuit $45. A few examples. There was 2 fraudulent payments for an invoice we sent to a customer. The customer notified us right away that they did not pay their invoice. We stopped the deposit through our bank and was charged by Intuit. The most recent incident was a charge we saw in our bank account for Quickbooks Online Plus for $42.50. I called right away as we do not have this service. They could not find this charge in our merchant account and neither could I so I was given a link to put in the cost of the charge and our banking information. This linked to an Inuit invoice but with another Company ID. Come to find out this Company ID had the SA

Similar to QB Desktop, I want to add a "markup" column to my estimate template. I want the ability to manipulate the markup for each item directly from the estimate. Can that be accomplished?
We accrue vacation based on hours worked. For example our most senior employees accrue 120 hours a year based on hours worked. Each hour worked accrues .0577 vacation hours. We have an employee who has taken his full 120 hours as of October. Once his balance went to zero the system began to accrue additional hours. He has now accrued a total of 161.43 hours year to date. He should have not accrued additional hours once he hit the max of 120. The Vacation Report clearly shows year to date accrual of 161.43 hours, 120 hours taken and 41.43 hours available balance. He should have ZERO available balance. Attached is a picture of the pay policy setup as well as the expanded vacation accrual report showing his details to date. I assumed the system used the maximum allowed field and some internal year to date accrued field to limit the year to date accrual to the maximum allowed. How does the per hour worked method actually

We invoiced our customer for commission due to us. They wired the payment, and the payment was applied to the invoice. Two days later, they contacted us to tell us that the commission was wrong and deducted the overpayment from our bank account. How do I record this in QuickBooks online?

Using a Sales Receipt template, I can change most labels to "Donation" or "Donation Receipt" but I can't get ride of the "BILL TO" label. "Bill To" is inappropriate for a donor. The Email also has a section "Sales Receipt Summary" with the "Sale #" and "Sale date" that cannot be removed. I tried to customize an Estimate template, and this got rid of the "BILL TO" and I can live with the "Accepted By" (though it is irrelevant) but the Email has the "Estimate Summary" section that cannot be altered, and that would be confusing to a donor. I tried the Invoice template, and I can replace "Invoice" with "Donation" but it still has the "Bill To" label, plus it has a "Balance Due" line and the Email is all wrong, with its "Review and pay" button, Terms, and Bill to. My question to the community is about whether a nonprofit organization can customize a sales receipt to truly look like a DONATION receipt. What do nonprofit organizations do?
Some basics to get started. Quickbooks Online user here. I have the Core Payroll. I use the automated tax filing and payment option. Back on March 15th, I received an email stating QB was going to be enhancing the Core Payroll package by offering automated New Hire reporting if you had the auto tax filing/payment option turned on. Either I'm a dense, or I cannot seem to locate any indication this feature is engaged and working on my behalf. I can log into my State's New Hire Reporting Center (Virginia), and when running a report on their site to show the new hires reported, nothing comes back for the last several months. I'm now worried QB hasn't been doing this, and I've let a good 4 months of new hires go unregistered. No degree of searching the QB website is helping. Didn't know if any other Online users with the core payroll package might be able to assist. I feel a call to Support is likely in my very near future. Thanks to anyone who may be able to chime in an
I set the alignment area and print a few bills. Later, I will go to print checks for payroll and the setting is off again. Is there more detailed options for print alignment somewhere?
I needed to edit a paycheck to correct job posting. It didn't affect the dollar amount just the job cost report. However, after I did this the check posted again to my bank account so now the account shows being overdrawn by that one paycheck. Should I void that check to correct the check register? If I do that will it affect that employee's year end numbers? Thanks.
