We had an employee who lived in Ill, our company is in Iowa this employee stopped working for us a few years ago yet the state of Ill is still taxing, why?
A memorized transaction for a bi-weekly invoice was created. I am not sure when it was created what date was put on the invoice but it generated transactions for all of 2017 that keep popping up on the reminder screen when I open QB saying I have 27 transactions to enter now. I do not want to enter them and can figure out no way to delete them without actually creating and then going in and deleting each one?! Help...
First time reconciling. I see a grayed/checked IRS line and a same $ amount white/unchecked line under it. Did I manually add something in error that I need to delete?
I filed a 941 tax form for the third quarter 2024 and forgot to archive the form and i need to know how to retrieve a copy
Is anyone seeing this issue? I create a PO to purchase the product, then an associated Bill to pay the vendor for the product purchased and drop shipped to my customer. I then create an invoice to charge the customer for the product drop shipped from the vendor. Tax is correct upon entry, and I save and send the PDF. Next time I check (could be an hour later, or next day) my invoice amount is larger and upon review the sales tax has "doubled". I click on "see math" right below the sales tax amount and it reverts (it did that the last few days) Now when I click on "See math" It asks me if I want to override the "bogus" amount and then it puts back the sales tax to what it was originally.
We are not able to link quickbook payments to deposit transactions in bank. When we go to the invoice its says paid, however when the exact transaction comes up under our bank account for categorization we cannot link the transaction to the quickbooks payment as the invoice has already been completed.
Hi, I am running quick book profit & loss account on Cash basis and noticed that there is an amount sitting in the Unapplied Cash Payment Income eventhough i have not created this account and not entered anything. Can any one help me to get rid of this. Normally i book sales from Z report through Journal Entry and book EFTPOS payment against the account in Balance sheet. I don't understand this things. It shows now 1000 transaction in that account. Thank you Darshan Patel
Bill is for $1000, Invoice is for $100. I want to pay them $900 and clear both the Bill and Invoice.
I see that a person that is no longer a user is accessing our account. A past admin, who is not a user, edited 2023 budgets on Aug 22, 2024 and Feb 7 2024. How can this happen?
Connecting PayPal connector seems to double-count transactions and exclude others. What is the correct solution here? Sales on the home dash board should be Shopify REVENUE, or total income. And PayPal income should be part of Shopify Sales. Totally confused on how these are supposed to be synced. P/L reports still seem correct, though.
