Was working absolutely fine yesterday. I only use it to monitor my spending and paid invoices as I am a self employed pub manager.
Hi all, I have just registered for QB and have added a couple of simple expenses in fine but have just tried to add my first supplier bill and am being told I need to upgrade my package - is this right and if so which package do I need to be on? I selected the package that was recommended for doing vat returns so not sure why this wouldnt allow me to add a supplier invoice. Thanks Si

Hi, I need some help. I just logged in to download my tax report from tax year 2020-21. I have seen the file before but for some reason when I click on it now, every field is coming up as zero. When I click on my reports all the data is still there and when I click on the current tax year, it is also showing the correct figures. Why has everything disappeared?

How do i import qbo files from barclays Bank, I need to upload the previous years transaction as the bank only supplies limited transaction history, everytime i try i says invalid file.
Hi there, I use the SoleTrader version of the software. I'm wanting to mark invoices as sent without sending them using the QuickBooks system. I send my invoices along with monthly reports and I attached them to one email covering everything. I've exported the invoices as PDF but I want to mark the invoices as sent, as I can't mark them as paid before doing so. On a side note the email that is sent from QuickBooks looks awful in Outlook so I would have avoided it anyway. Thanks, George
it's important I keep categories and regions of sales together. However when printing or emailing out all the orders are jumbled up!
I suddenly have transactions from up to a year ago that have suddenly appeared in my banking. There are 1944 apparently that need reviewing and I have already done all of these apart from the 154that need doing from February 1st 2023.
Ive entered the full invoice amount and but the payment received for against it apart from the CIS deductions so that looks like its it owing.
