Can you change the accounting date in Quickbooks online part way through the year? I have noticed that the accounting date is set to December year end and need to prepare accounts to September.

I have multiple sales reps who look after different shops, I need to pay the rep comish every month and need to simply run a report to show all transactions linked to that sales rep.this was very easy in the desktop version but i cant find it on this version? please help

I chatted yesterday with someone from quickbooks they said the problems has been sorted but nothing.
Can't even send an error report because it just tries to fingerprint me again and jumps out of whatever er I'm trying to do
There does not seem to be any info on how to input my bank account opening balance on QB Self Employed..Following QB Online instructions does not work as under Settings, there is no tab called Chart of Accounts. Can anyone advise please how to input this critical info?
