I need to reclassify the sales tax code for existing transactions. How can I reclassify the sales tax code on my transactions in bulk?
Customer has requested a receipt of payment for 2 fully paid invoices with multiple line items on each. The app provides a sales reciept option to issue at the time of sale but I don't see why I can't produce a receipt directly from the invoice, preventing the need to manually enter items a second time.Sorry if I've missed something

My employees payroll cheques are showing as the wrong net amount in the bank rec. For example, paycheque's net pay is 295.63 but when I go to clear it in the bank rec it shows in bank as a completely different amount. Has anyone ever came across this? How do I fix it?

The window opens behind the "Sale Details" and cannot be seen unless I close it. I then have to re-open the Sale details to search for the newly created Item that was added to quickbooks. This windo previously opened in front of the "Sale details" window, to edit. I have tried multiple different browsers on different platforms, with the same result.
The reason I as is because I want to send my customer the "receive payment receipt) but since the invoice numbers don't show up it's not very helpful
I work on several business and two of them have Advanced QBO, there is one company that has the ability to add custom fields to the profiles of both vendors and customers, along with Forms & POs but the second, newer, company only has the ability to add custom fields to the forms and POs. I have checked the settings too. Am I missing something?Thanks for advance.
While using the mobile app, multi factor authentication doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for at least 2 years. The bank in question is Scotiabank. The only way I can refresh transactions is using a browser on a PC, rendering the mobile app useless in my view .
I have verified that a client has viewed the invoice, however, when I check Quickbooks online, it only shows as "sent" and not "viewed".
I wonder if I need to turn on inventory tracking in QuickBooks online when using the lightspeedx as my POS
