This is an example email that suppose to be for a gmail account. We don't use gmail. "We recently attempted to withdraw the outstanding balance of $2.71 from your QuickBooks Payments account, but the transaction was unsuccessful. We have added a return fee to the total amount you owe. What to know• Outstanding balance: $2.71• Returned Item fee: $0.00• New balance: $2.71.The new balance is due immediately. If you already made a payment, you can disregard this notice. " Now we have issues when clients send us payment direct in QB Online, the deposits aren't being deposited. We are Canadian. Yet the emails seem to relate to the US service. What the heck is going on? Can someone give me the right number to call?

We recently had to accept the new invoice formats for QB online. Now we are having issues entering items for out of state customers. QB is saying we have to change/ click tax or non tax per item on the invoice screen. We have the choice of listing items as taxed or non taxed. If the customer is listed as non taxed and we have the item listed as taxable, we now have to unclick the tax box for each item on the invoice for it to process. Before the modern invoice format this was never an issue. All items were entered as taxable and each customer was set up as tax or tax exempt. If the customer was set us as non tax then tax was not listed on the invoice even though the item is taxable. Is this an issue for anyone else out there that has tax and non tax customers? In state and out of state? It seems there will be a lot of room for error if we are having to click items as taxed or non taxed regardless of how the customer is set up as. What

Hi guys Recently, I decided to split my sales on my COA/Financials to show separately Sales - USD, Sales - CAD.In attempting to edit historical invoices so they show under the correct categorization I cannot locate the option to change the account. I've updated Product/Service to link to the new COA account, and the Customer to the sales item, but in attempting to edit the historical transaction to move it to Sales - CAD I cannot find a place to do that. Any suggestions?

accidentally invoiced a customer twice, how to cancel an invoice
I have incoming payments from a company, but they also charges fees. They deduct their fees from the payment, but I still have to report the entire gross earnings before their deductions, then also have to detail their fees charged and the GST associated with the fees.So I have created invoices for the gross earnings, and expenses for their fees/GST. But when linking the payments from the imported bank transactions, I can only link them to the invoices and not the expenses. So the invoices show balances owing, and the expenses show outstanding. If I can link each expense to the associated invoices, then both overall balances will be nil.
