I reconciled our credit card and entered a payment into Quickbooks. We did a refund and the credit card company used that amount as a payment against the balance. So when the actual payment was deducted, it was less than what we reconciled. How do we correct this
to restore to a second computer
I have created a new company file in QuickBooks Premier Plus Edition 2021. I have users set up, but when they try to access the new file it instructs them to change their password, after they close the file and come back in they get the same instructions to change their password. This only happens in the new Company file, has anyone else experienced this?
Is there a number i can call?
We developed a Salesforce QB integration and it has been tested out in the sandbox it is now time to give them access to the production work but they need admin access to deploy it. Giving the admin access gives them the ability to transfer funds and build customers etc.
I use Squarespace and came to Quickbooks that way via the add on. When I was in the trial, Quickbooks was set up in Canadian currency and had no issues connecting with my Canadian banks.

Upon searching QBO help it appears this particular report has been asked for several times by several different users for the past couple years. The answer provided has been to retrieve the required information from each project manually and upload to Excel or to use a 3rd party application in order to gather this information. Both options are clearly unacceptable considering the data is already in your database.
I have a deposit with multiple checks in it that has already been reconciled. I want to change the "received from" on one of the checks. How can I do this? also how do I prevent messing up the reconciliation or how do I get it back to reconciled status one I make the change?
The bank account connected to my Quickbooks Online account automatically unsynchronizes. As I have been trying to connect my Quickbooks as I normally would, I cannot do so. I have been waiting months and have only been told that someone will get back to me. But I have not received an email or a phone call. It has been months and I need a resolution. Having to deal with this is very irritating, and I am unable to get ANY FORM OF SERVICE at this point. I pay over $600 a year for this service, but I am unable to use it effectively. This has been an issue for several months now. The system hasn't been accessible for some months, and I have asked to be reimbursed. Problem #1: The bank account auto-unsyncs for no apparent reason. There is error 185.Problem #2: The status shows, "Bank Sync was over a month ago", however, some transactions appear.Problem #3: I have requested reimbursement and I would like to hear back about it. I need help with ASAP!!!!!!!
My computer crashed and my recent back ups are also corrupted. The only good recent back up is the accountants copy. She hasn't made any changes to the company files. Could she send it back to me as a regular file and then i could import it?I don't think i could import it as accountant changes since the new installation of quickbooks on the new computer doesn't have any memory of an accountants copy being made. I've tried to click on import the accountant changes and it's greyed outIf she could send it back to me as a regular file couldn't i import itthanks mary
Not sure how this happened. I was using my long-standing Intuit account when they apparently used to give away Quickbooks Self-Employed with TurboTax. I have all my 2019 and 2020 transactions in that account for Quickbooks Self-Employed. If I sign in with that account, it tells me that my subscription to Quickbooks Self Employed expired 10/31/2021, and asks me to buy a subscription for $25/month. When I went to sign in to Quickbooks Self-Employed recently, I used a different email, yet it brought me to the same Quickbooks TurboTax self-employed under that email, and it is not charging me a fee, and it does not say that I have a trial membership. How do I bring my data from my account that expired, into my current account??

I currenly have Self employed and it doesn't have a lot of features I need including detailed reports for tax time and banking.
Where can I find a breakdown of january Payroll ?
There is no "Tax Checklist" at the top of the home page.
I have 11 entities, the audit report is not working on any of them.
