Employees and payroll

The old address shows up only on the payroll side of QBO. I asked customer service (BTW, useless and a waste of time) and they said it was fixed, which it's not.
I have an employee/officer that is exempt from MN SUI. Payroll is calculating his FUTA at 6% which is correct. When I filed and created the payment for the 940 the amount was correct after the FUTA reduction. I still have two reminders in Payroll Taxes to pay FUTA. My tax liability report shows I still owe FUTA. The payroll system generated an increase and a decrease for the payment amount in my FUTA Liabilities gl account. I am able to journal entry my gl acount to zero it but how can I get the Pay Taxes notifications and the Tax Liability in payroll to correct?
Is it possible to shut off the Auto filing for form 941? Despite qbo saying i can't until Feb 1, 2022.
I had the formula wrong for calculating earned sick time and need to correct it
I have an already existing QuickBooks Online Payroll account and I just recently purchased Quickbooks to do my year end accounting. Is there a way to link my existing payroll account in my new quickbooks account? Both show active but I'd like my payroll to automatically show up in my transactions.

The employer address used on my W-2's is incorrect. I called QB and was told I'd hear from a supervisor in 24-48 hours. That was Monday. Really frustrated. Any ideas how to correct?
I have 2 trucks I'd like to add milage deductions for.
I realize that I omitted a transaction that should be added to an employee's taxable wages for 2021. Is it possible to correct it before sending?
I ran payroll yesterday and forgot to change the "Pay out of" account from my old bank checking acct to the new one. How do i fix?
As I am relatively new to QuickBooks, I want to set up a test account to kick the tires without affecting my existing live account.
im a Trucker running my own company. O/O but leased on with another company. Earlier in the year before i started using Quickbooks, A company i hauled for Gave us a fuel card to use that they would deduct each paycheck. Very Big write off. They also deducted a 30% commission, Insurance and other fee's before they paid my company for loads delivered. My CPA now doesnt want all the receipts i saved, she wants me to go back and enter them all. But fuel receipts came out pre payment and dont show up on my bank statements. How do i go back and add them? Is it complicated? My CPA offered to show me but at 500 dollars a phone call, i figured id ask here first.
I have it on my EFTPS record that it's 2022. I think the reason why quickbooks put it in the wrong year is likely because I made the payment on January 3rd.
Please someone help me, I just set up a Simple IRA and I need help with recording and categorizing the payments/contributions
Good afternoon, I recently got a Subscription for QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Enhance. I used to have QuickBooks Online Payroll Full Service. I am trying to set up Intuit Workforce to allow the company employees review their paystubs, but I got an error.I went to:1. Employees 2 Manage Payroll Cloud Services 3. QuickBooks Workforce4. Turn on, I enter my Payroll Service Pin Number # and I got the screen with the error 30137, Company views already exist in my payroll view. I am attaching a pdf. file that shows the error. It seems that Intuit Workforce has a different contact number. Could you please help me to resolve this issue?
We have QB Essentials and Online Payroll Premium and last year filed our 1099-NEC forms online. One of our vendors needed a copy of hers from 2020 and I was surprised not to find these in the Archived files. I keep PDF copies of these on my computer locally, too, but my computer was hacked in December and I lost some things. I just spend 1.5 hours on the phone with a very patient and diligent support person at QB trying to get a copy from them and he could not access these, or tell me how to. He got a supervisor on the line, too, and she couldn't help. I find it unbelievable that we can't get copies of these via QuickBooks (the customer service rep found it unbelievable, too) -- we pay them a lot to handle these kinds of things, and legally we need to keep copies for 3 years. I was able to find a copy that I had kept with project records, but it should not be this difficult (and the rep did give me a different URL to log in as an accountant and access these records -- th
How do I view and print my own W2 in my Company Quickbooks?I have Intuit quickbooks Payroll Enhanced.Thank You
We are trying to move from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online, but we seem to have run into a wall with the online version of Payroll not being able to accommodate the Oregon Worker Benefit Fund Assessment. This was very straightforward in the desktop version of Payroll, but I've just spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with an QBO Payroll tech who came to the conclusion that it cannot be done in the online version. Can this possibly be true? Surely there are QBO Payroll customers with Oregon employees. How do you handle this tax when the software doesn't know anything about it?
I get three emails per pay period that tell me the tax payment withdrawal will be happening. Is it really necessary to keep them after I have printed them out? It takes up a lot of space in my email.
