I started a discussion yesterday about a non-profit problem I was having. I received a private message from a JaclinMemare1211 Experienced Member that said: Non-Profit Fund Question Call community support team for instant help at [removed] No hold time. I called and discussed the problem. I was asked if it was okay for them to connect to my machine so I could walk them through what I was trying as It should be working as I described what I was doing. I agreed to allow this. They connected and looked around my QBO online windows, then said part of my problem was my database was 78% corrupt and that is what was causing the problem. After more discussion and showing me a dump of the HTML code for my session which contained this: </div>Company File Damage 78%. Error Code (-6150,-1006). They then proceeded to tell me that if the corruption reached 85% I would not be able to login and would loose all data. Then they ask if I had a support contract beca
The provided data for an employee was not up to date, resulting in the incorrect amount of taxes paid. Now we need to adjust withdrawals to ensure the employee pays enough taxes. We use QBO Payroll. How can we apply an extra $70 to each payroll for this employee in QBO PR?
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. As well as restarting my phone. The message I get it along the lines of"This account does not allow Intuit Self Employed online. Try a different company or use another account"None of my info has changed. It just popped up one morning when I tried to log on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
I am curious if there is a way to take and invoice with multiple lines of billable hours and reduce it down to one invoice?
We switched to Allstate from SimplyInsured. Allstate is now listed as our BOR with our insurance companies as of 7/1 before the integration process was finished with our QBO account. We were unaware that our automatic payroll deductions were no set up until have our last payroll went out. While waiting for the process to be complete with Allstate we have to do manual deductions and are unsure how to do so since our deductions still say SimplyInsured.
I am the vendor. My client said - he has paid my payment on Monday via direct deposit. He has the same day lead time. Today is friday and still I haven't received any payment notification from qbo and no idea on where's the payment? Another scam by QBO? I have contacted your support team a total of 1000+ times. They are not helping me at all. I am not getting any response, my payment. zero help. Hope it's easy to understand in this simple english. You are running scammers company. Again where's the payment?
I have several union contributions that are calculated by a percentage of gross pay. How can I restrict the calculation to just pay for worked hours and not sick and safe leave pay?
Currently, we are unable to generate a Payroll Detail Report (or any other report) that shows the history of an employee's hourly pay rates. I can download most other details surrounding payroll history but being able to see the rate per hour for specific time periods would be really helpful to our team.
When setting up an employee payroll taxes, the following question is asked:"Is (the employee) subject to any of the following taxes? OH-School District" yes-no-helpWhen yes is selected, it fills in an invalid school district tax, and does not provide a way of changing it to the correct school district tax. I have several school district taxes setup as "other" "local" taxes. There does not appear to be a way of defining the tax as an OHIO tax, only a local tax. Should it be a "local income tax" or a "secondary local income tax"? How can I setup the tax item so that it can be selected as a response to the previous question:"Is (the employee) subject to any of the following taxes? OH-School District"

I just upgraded to Enterprise Solutions 2023 Desktop Subscription and now I cannot import timer activities as I did with Quickbooks Premier 2020. Quickbooks forced me to upgrade since they would not support the payroll after May 2023 and now to find out I cannot import the timer activities as I have for many years. Has anyone come up with a solution other than subscribing to Time? I tried to import as an iif file but the import fails and I cannot view the file to find out what the errors are. Thanks
Why is it so difficult to get to talk to a supervisor about long standing unresolved issues? Always given the run around and assurances by agents and they refuse to put me in touch with a supervisor. What will it take to get to talk to someone who can actually resolve my issues/
First time a paid invoice shows Paid in review after 3 years? Same customer paying the same amount monthly for a year. It says look for email with details but no email.

Three of these payroll taxes were paid, though the amount calculated is below the actual amount I paid to the state agency. One of these payroll taxes is an over calculation of the tax that was paid.
