Hello, Our company has been using QuickBooks Enterprise Suite (Canadian Edition) since 2021. We have been experiencing technical issues between the Enterprise software and QuickBooks Time since Sept 2021 when attempting to sync data between the two. The process worked effectively prior to this date. Multiple attempts have been made to re-download the web connector file, and several calls have been made to QuickBooks support where no solution was provided other than to refund two months of QuickBooks Time subscription fees. Timesheet Export Errors:Can't export employee name's time, because the user's account isn't linked to a QuickBooks user account.Repeated x 70 employees The amount of time it takes to manually enter all of the time data is costing the company a considerable amount of money. Hi, I’m having some difficulties understand what I’m doing wrong. I have a Canadian funds checking account, and US funds checking account for my business (both exist in QBO). I have received a wire transfer payment from my US client to my US bank account.I have done this: 1. I recorded the payment/matched it to invoice from my client as a split income deposit of the full payment, and then added an expense line for the wire payment fee. See #1 in attached image2. I then transferred that US money to my CAD checking account. I followed by telling QBO that this is a transfer from the US account to CAD account for the given amounts with exchange. See #1 in attached image 3. In QBO, in my CAD account, I see a new transaction from the US bank. But when I add it, my QB CAD account is over by that said transaction amount and no longer reconciles with my true bank amount. Say the transaction is $10,000, if I click ADD, it makes the CAD QBO account over by 10k.&nbs
Good morning, I am trying to set up automatic payroll while I am gone for the next 3 weeks. I had done this in 2019, while i was out of the office for 3 weeks. The payroll ran each week without having to log in to qb and employees were paid. I don't remember how I did it, and now when I enter the question, the only answer is for QB Online (with a statement that it isn't available in QB Desktop). But it is! Is each viewer of account details considered a user for quickbooks online for a company
When I click the gear icon, account and settings is an option for me but when I am in account and settings my only options are: 1. Company 2. Sales 3. Expenses 4. Payments 5. Time 6. Advanced Billing and Subscriptions is not an option. I can however click the icon to the right of the gear icon. It is a little blue circle with the first letter of my account within it. If I click that I have an option to "manage my intuit account". If I click that I have the options of 1. Overview 2. Sign-in Security 3. Personal Info 4. Data privacy 5. Products and Billing When I click products and billing I have one option to click "Quickbooks online simple start" which I assume is what I am paying $20/month for. When I click this it loads for a few seconds then I get this error message: Unable to process your request at this time. Please sign out and try again later. Hi. I have a client who runs a mobile auto windshield replacement company and we are looking for a user-friendly invoicing app that will integrate with my QuickBooks Desktop Pro. This app will be used by multiple people. QB Onlline in NOT an option as all staff members have access to account balances which the owner does not want. The opp is only needed for online invoicing. I am unable to add my credit card details to subscribe for QBO. I have changed from one card to another, the subscribe button is not active to connect. Tis is the error message "Unable to process your request at this time. Please sign out and try again later. Why is it that every time I open Quickbooks Desktop Live community pops up and it opens when I close Quickbooks. It is off in Preferences, this has never happened before This is the most frustrating and annoying feature. I want it turned off

I am frustrated with Quickbooks Online Import invoice functionality. I'm trying to save time by importing many invoices into Quickbooks Online using the Import Invoices via CSV function. Within QB Online I've created products that include the following variables: NAME, SKU, DESCRIPTION, CATEGORY. The output to CSV from my other system contains the same variables with exact match data as compared to what's found in QB. The problem is that despite having exact match data, importing invoices fails due to the message: "These products/services don't exist in QuickBooks." The reason for the above appears to be:Products saved in QB Online contain fields for Name, Description, Sku, Category among others. To import an invoice, QB Online MAP FIELDS component is used to map relevant fields to each other (from CSV to QB) and includes mapping NAME and DESCRIPTION fields; but not SKU or CATEGORY fields. QB2019 PremierI am trying to print a packing slip from an invoice that has one line item with a cost per part. But, I also have another line item for a part that is a free sample to the customer so the invoice shows quantity of 1 with a Price Each of $0.00 and an amount of $0.00. I see both line items on my monitor but when I try to print either the packing slip or invoice the line item for the free sample with amount = $0.00 doesn't show up.So, the basic questions is how to create a packing slip for free samples?
