How do I save my files if I close my account
Hello, Our company doesn't use the "Billable Expenses" feature at all in Quickbooks, though a large number of them have accrued in our file due to various imports and old transactions not having the "Billable" box properly unchecked. In fact, nearly every expense transaction (journal entry, item receipt/bill, etc) that involves a customer name/job for tracking purposes defaults to "billable", which after several years, has added up to thousands of transactions over hundreds of customers showing "billable" items. So I'd like to try and get two answers here: 1. What setting to I need to turn on/off to *permanently* default all line items on journal entries, item receipts/bills, etc as non-billable, even if they are linked to a customer. 2. Is there are more efficient method to hide/mark unbillable all currently billable transactions beyond the method shown in https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/reports-and-accounting/how-do-i-remove-a-mass-amo

I just want to save one year at a time, or a speciafic period, for potential future audit issues. Can you do that in Quickbooks? I cannot see where to do it.

Products and Services tab is disabled. Anyone else having this issue? Nothing happens when we click on Products & Services tab. All other options perform as usual.
For some reason the print function in the iOS app (for sales receipts only) doesn't work. It shows a little spinner in the middle of the screen and then goes away after a few seconds without initiating any print menu. Anyone else having this issue? Is it a known bug that is being worked on? For quickly making a sale, the sales receipt is the nicest since you can take a payment on the fly within the same screen. If you can't print a receipt after you get done, that feels pretty anticlimactic and buggy. Any help with this issue is appreciated.
There are multiple reports customized reports that I need to have my company administrator full access.
Went online to pay my State Unemployment insurance and the number the State gives me differs from my QuickBooks amount. I have QB Online. Yes, my rate at the State and the rate in my QB account are the exact same percentage. I inputted the gross earnings into the State Website, it multiplied the appropriate percentage, and gave me a dollar amount. That amount differs from the amount in QB despite the correct percentage. MY ISSUE: It appears that QB is reducing the gross amount for some reason and that number is being incorrectly used for calculation purposes. No idea what is being improperly deducted from the gross amount, or why. Haven't changed anything recently as I haven't needed to. Small business with one employee. Percentage has not changed at the State level for going on three years now. At the time of this writing, I have been on hold, without talking to a live human being, for 59 minutes. Is anyone alive at QB
