I am a part of a peer group that reports financial data Quarterly - I would just like to change my Chart of Accounts to be identical to the reporting so that it is easier to build the report each quarter. I tried to import the new ones, but it is making me change them to map to one of the existing types in QBO.

We have a customer that has a large balance on her account and we know she is not going to pay it. We want to take it out of our AR, but where would we move it? Do we create some sort of uncollectible account?
My invoices aren't showing up in my P&L even though they are marked as paid.

what is a Unexpected user error. ( -10601 )?
I have QBO payroll account and a QBO Bookkeeping account, How do I take my Payroll and enter it into my QBO Bookkeeping? The transactions that get deducted from my bank account are not the totals, but some of the net pay for the employees. Should I have made the payroll part of the bookkeeping? It would seem like I would create a bill for payroll each week with all the elements going to the ledger accounts. Then when the withdrawals happen in my bank account I charge them against the bills. BUT not all the charges come out of the bank account.
this is for small business certification requirements
Dear Quickbooks-Support, I am a board member of the agency The Weather OÜ. We previously had an account with you registered under the email address [Removed]. Since 02/12/2024, we were on the Online Essentials plan but were missing some features, so we upgraded to the Online Advanced plan on 09/10/2024. Unfortunately, the features we were looking for were still unavailable, so we contacted customer support on 09/11/2024. We were informed that to access the full features we needed, we would have to close the current account and subscription and set up a new one in a different country. Your support team assured us that we would receive a full refund for the amount spent up to the cancellation date, so we followed the given instructions. However, we have yet to receive any refund. Additionally, the refund form on your website appears to be broken, and we have been unable to reach anyone via the support chat. As a result, I am reaching out to you directly for assistance. Could you please a
Oops, typo. The question should read, "How do I print an expense transaction including all the detail that I edited?" If I click "Save and close" or even "Save", the changes remain. Unlike a check, however, there is no mechanism to print the item. Why not? These transactions are frequently debit card purchases linked to my bank account. I want to print the item detail to attach to my receipt. How can I make this simple request happen? Please advise. Thank you.
