I cannot see any options to submit a final payroll. We no longer have employees and I need to submit a final submission but I don't get any options on the submission form. Has anyone ever managed to do this and how please.
Greetings! I mistakenly transferred funds to the incorrect bank account number. And I got the money back into the bank account. What is the proper way of recording this process? I hope to create an account called "Incorrect fund transfer" under the assets to record this. I'd like to have your suggestions on this case. I appreciate any help you can provide.
Thats it ..have run payroll for just one employee but do not have any accounting postings at all.......? Should there be?
We are moving to QB online (reluctantly) and have been advised to get a 3rd party app to support our stock management. One item that is causing great concern and may involve us manually applying multiple prices to invoices is the current ability on QB Desktop to do multi pricing on individual items of our stock. Currently the 2 apps we have looked at do not support multiple pricing on the same stock item. We have heard the QB online is developing this facility for the future. Can anybody tell me is it true that QB is developing this facility and if so when ? If they are not developing the facility what app are others using out there that allows multi pricing of stock line Thanks
Apologies for starting a new thread, but the last Barclaycard post was a month ago so I wasn't sure if I have a unique problem or a continuation of the problem others seem to have had. I've been unable to download transactions from Barclaycard for the last month, all I get is an error 102. I normally use teh Windows app to access my QBO account or occasionally the Firefox browser. I've tried (many times) to re-enter the login details (which has always fixed connections problems in the past), tried clearing browser caches, tried the Windows App, Firefox and Edge browsers (in standard and private modes and in the case of Firefox, also using a container) all with the same result. I can log in to my Barclaycard account through their website. I phoned Quickbooks Online help and the person on the other end of the line went through the above again but was unable to get past the "open in Chrome" bit of her script as I don't have Chrome and won't install it on this comp

My client is trying to reconnect her Natwest account, but is asked if they are using bankline or clearspend. They don't have a bankline account, and the Clearspend is for credit cards. They have spoken to their bank, who have said it is a QuickBooks problem. Is there a way to resolve this issue

Is there a problem connecting HSBC Kinetic Business Accounts to QB Online Live Bank Feeds? The business owner can only view QB through their app, but as the Bookkeeper I am unable to view this. Can you assist please?
A disappointing service by Intuit and MoveMyBooks!! Used MMB to covert/migrate 2 years of data from QBDT to QBO. Having a look at our VAT on QBO, MMB decided to change 1000s of Zero rated transactions to Exempt!! now have the laborious task of changing the code from 'E' to 'Z' Customers/Suppliers whose account had a Zero balance on QBDT, now have a +/- balance, this could be due to the exchange rate difference (we use GBP and Euros) but saying that, according to MMB it should have converted Euros to GBP using the same rate that was in QBDT, so why the different balance?? My main concern is one of our Euro Suppliers had a zero balance (our last transaction with them was in 2015) MMB have converted/transferred the data now showing that we owe them over £25,000!! Intuit helpline say contact MMB as they can't do anything about the data transferred. Emailed MMB (as there is no other way of contacting them), they say contact Intuit and they can't do anything ab
Hey all, I can't work out how to add overtime? I see the bit where you add if the amount is 1x, 1.5x, 2x etc but how do I put how many hours extra that an employee has done each month? Thank you.

HiA lot of my customers deduct expenses from their payments to me. I can easily account for these deductions in my invoices or from sales receipts but when I prepare my VAT returns, the VAT 100 report allocates these deductions to my Output tax section and not the Input Tax section. HiI have a supplier with a 2p balance on a bill. How do I write this off? Be good to know how to write off small under/overpayments in general. I have tried to follow the "Write off customer and supplier balance" instructions, using discounts, but when I select "pay bills" there is no "set discount" optionHelp!Thanks.
HI I've recently gone self employed (Sole Trader). I'm a little confused on the following if someone could confirm I would be extremely grateful. Quickbooks tracks my mileage so it will deduct an amount when i complete my tax return, when I have fuel receipt I'm assuming you log this as personal and not a business expense is this correct. The reason why I'm assuming this is because you would be claiming fuel within the mileage travelled expense? Thanks in advance
