Where do I find quotes I have submitted for prgression?
I want to add set amounts for pay for Casual Saturday rate but not be a % of the Ordinary hours rate. I can change Ordinary Casual hours but no other pay category under Casual ie Casual Saturday
How to delete all referece to quickbooks on the invoice
Say the client buys a product from my portal for $1000 and Stripe takes a processing fee of $10. $990 gets paid into my bank account and I issue the client with a receipt for $1000. How and where in QB do I record that $10 transaction fee that I was charged? Thx

When I tried to add the new supplier it says that that contact already exists.
We use the projects section of QB online to track project costs. Employees hourly cost rates are entered for all staff. They enter their times against each project and they then show up as costs in the project. This is working really well.However, we have one employee, I'll call them NigelNoShow from now on, doesn't show up in the list of employees in the projects - hourly rates button. So we can't add an hourly cost rate for them.If we select Add within the projects-hourly rates screen, it takes us back to the Payroll menu list of employees. Presumably we are supposed to add him as a new employee here, except NigelNoShow is already there as an employee and has been getting including in months of pay runs without issue. All other employees who do show up under Projects - employee hourly rates - have the Name option of Employee Name - Employee and also Employee Name - Supplier Whereas NigelNoShow only has: Employee Name - Supplier

I tried updating my card 4 times at the start, with different expiries from 2025-2028 and no difference. Even on the day my annual sub was taken out I got the msg. Such a trivial bug to fix, a developer only needs to check where this messsage is in the code, and check why it's showing up. But 5 chats and a dozen promises and nothing. It shows up every login. Today I opened qbo 4 times so saw it 4 times (within 1hr). This and all the other UI bugs, is there a reason I should keep paying for this?
Every login I get a message my card is expiring. Today I got it 3 times in 1 hr. My card expires in 5 years. I've changed my card 4 times and no difference. It's a simple bug that nobody wants to look at.
Have you noticed now to login to qbo all the steps you have to take? Apart from entering your name and password, you have to do a recaptcha Everytime. Whether you choose your password or to send a text while your phone, you actually always need a text by the phone. So you can't actually use qbo if you don't have your phone or if you are overseas. It takes over 5 screens and multiple steps that take delays to login once, and after about an hour it times out and you have to do it all again. You know you can actually log into any bank account and transfer money with less effort and steps? Why does qbo think on a private computer you always need to waste a full minute of someone's time before they can look up something or check an invoice? QuickBooks has already been known to have poor user-interface and buggy software, but this is getting ridiculous.
I have set up employee.He is casual with variable hours from ) to 60 hours in a fortnight depedning what work we have on.Hourly rate has been entered in employee details.Want to simply generate a payrun and type in the number of hours worked for that fortnight.Don't want to have timesheet with all the daily entries.Can generate payrun, but time not editable.thanks
Hi y’allmy HOA is thinking of using QBO. I want to make sure all the functions we need will be available. we invoice our owners monthly, need to set up invoicing so that we can show them current month due, late fees, payments made etc…,can this be done?
