I am in Canada.I am using quickbooks online for my coporationi have purchased turbotax for coporations in desktop form. there is no online format.I understand that you cant import from qB online to Turbo tax.Therefore, what do I do?Im told i need to convert or migrate my qb online to qb desktop trial version.QB online is not letting me do that.I called help desk and they said can only migrate from Desktop to Online.Not helpful. Why even sell the Turbo Tax for corporations?I tried exporting files to excel and then importing to QB desktop. Wont accept them.I also tried typing in exportqbodatatoqbdt in the url of qb online.It takes me to the export overview page but DOES NOT give me an option to get started like you tube videos are saying.
Can I change what the paystubs print?
Hello,Since the new T4A form has been updated in Quicbkooks 2023 (enclosing the new dental code section), all the text is misaligned with the form layout. Every information is far off from where it should be displayed, as if the text is still aligned with the old version of the T4Q. Does someone has the same issue? I have the latest updates for QB 2023. Best, Xavier

We need to be able to generate a quick link to invoices and share that link through text message so clients can pay while we are chatting with them through text message. How can we do this? I feel this should be one of the main uses of the app, but it's not there yet.I know we can generate this payment link in the print dialogue on the desktop version but that is mostly useless while on mobile.
Hello there!!So what actually happened is in my Sales Tax Center there is a tax named Clover 11% tax rate (custom tax) which needs to be allocated 5% of the total amount to the GST/HST. I use tax center for my sales tax filling and payments. But when I try to submit the GST/HST return I can't find the adjustment I have done to the concerned payables with journal entry.So, what should I do now for this instance?Thank you for your time and consideration.
It appears that there is little support, it is difficult and frustrating when we cannot complete our work. Transactions for review i can see however my accountant cant see them. It leaves everyone confused, costs money and leads to miscommunications. Is there another program available that operates correctly?
Like main issue is with client info, i want to maintain record for clients cloth’s measurements so when the client comes for 2nd time so i can retrieve his data directly.
is there a work around to get this working while we wait for a fix? any idea how long a fix might take ?

The TD1 amount didn't get updated to the new amount when the new tax table released. It state CUSTOM AMOUNT ($10,382.00) on the Suggested TD1 column when I review TD1 list. I called QB Support and got advised that someone might manually changed TD1 in the past, so I have to manually change it moving forward.Also, when I add a new employee, I didn't manually change TD1 amount but the amount automatically states CUSTOM AMOUNT and stayed at $10,382.00. The support team couldn't explain this issue.Is there anywhere on the company file that TD1 amount was set for the whole company that I can just manually change ONCE for all employees?
We sell products to customers in Canada and the US. For US customers, we reduce the C$ price, but do not want it converted at QBO's exchange rate, rather we want to discount the C$ price by a fixed amount. For example, if the price is C$1000, and FX is $1.35, we don't want to charge US$740.74, but rather US$800 (i.e. a 20% discount from the C$ price). Is there a way to do this within QBO for each item or invoice?
For example, I have a category in square and quickbooks, called "Sheet Sets", in the category, in square, I have the item "Comfort Plus Sheet Sets 1800" and under variations, Twin XL, Double/Full, Queen, King. In Quickbooks, the items are named "Comfort Plus Sheet Sets 1800 Twin XL", "Comfort Plus Sheet Sets Double/Full" etc.
I have checked every option in "settings" and did not find any answers to resolve the problem. I spoke to QB support five times and no could help.
i have added an account through chart of accounts and it is visible there, however when I look for it through a credit memo it does not show up in the list?
I have a company who buys and sells mobile homes for a profit. the most recent purchase they did not have enough funds of their own to buy the property so they had an investor write the check directly to the seller as they did not have enough time to deposit in the company bank account however whe n they go to sell the property they have to pay back this investor. How do I record in Quickbooks desktop version?
I have a sales company and they had a purchase that they could not fund entirely so they had an investor pay the difference and the investor wrote the ck direclty to the seller instead of filtering the funds through their account. When they sell the property they will have to pay the investor back so the entire sale will go through quickbooks and the investor to be paid back. How do I do that je?
