I run a charitable nonprofit. My accountanct had the access to my account. I am the Director and told him I wanted to be the administrator on that account. He canceled his and sent me the link. I then tried to reinstate it so I would not lose the data. I paid $70 for this and put my credit card information in to have Quickbooks bill me every month. However, I am not able to access the account. A second problem is before he told me he did that, I paid out of my checking a $35.00 fee to get my own Quickbooks. I want to remove that second account. Can you help me?
This is absolutely the most NON-USER-FRIENDLY program I have ever tried to use. I am going to need a refund and what happens to all the information I have already input into this system? Please, can someone, anyone give me a phone number to call to get a refund?

I deleted 2 accounts and all transactions from them several days ago. Everything in quickbooks appears to have reflected this change, including a statement of cash flow, but the Cash Flow chart in Dashboard shows incorrect numbers that aren't present anywhere else.
