I am on a trial started about 2 hours ago when all the bank connections were initiated. I cann't click anything without the message popping up and it taking me to the Direct Feeds form. I want to check our QBO before I go through the process of filling in forms etc.

The last transaction that download was 16 June 2022?
My bank west accounts are not refreshing to allow me to categorise my transactions. This has been happening since 15/6. Error msg tells me to try again in a few hours and that’s been going on since 15/6.
When clicking the link to update the bank feed, I am getting a response that it was not the correct login but I know it's correct.
My bank feeds stopped 71 days ago and I do not understand shy this happened
