e.g., the 841/944 report shows $527.44 "FMLA Employer Health Premium" as "past due". All of our employer health premiums are current.

This is a terminated employee who worked for me for 6 months. Legal documents requested include payroll records. I need his name to appear on this report.
I need help running payroll. Glitch in software?
What steps do I need to take to be able to correctly capture income when using WIP (Completed Contract Method) Quickbooks Online
While updating the employee section in Intuit Payroll online I get the above message. Initially I wanted first payroll in August, then changed to July. This probably messed it up. We need to do the Employee section a fresh, I think?
We tried e-filing DE9/DE9C with QB desktop(Enterprise Accountant Edition) for all our bookkeeping clients recently. Although it appeared filed successfully, when go to each client's EDD account to print out the returns, we saw the employee list didn't appear on their wage report filed(only grand total wage and withholding were shown). We were hoping E-filing could save us time inputting each employee's SSN and wage amount. Did we miss something or it's something we still have to enter manually on the EDD website?
Hello, about a year ago, I accidentally started to create a paycheck on the wrong pay period (I have never figured out how to advance the Scheduled Payroll dates to match my actual pay period). Anyway, zero active employees were on the roll at the time, and no hours were entered. Is there any way to remove this draft item from the "Create Paychecks" queue? Thanks!!!
After speaking with at least 5 different service reps for over 4 hours, I was finally told that QB removed the function that grabs time for employees when writing a check to enter payroll manually. We have a third party (Gusto) do payroll for us, and I used to write a check in QB with the employee job time so we could track job costing in our reports. When they "updated" it, they removed the Enter Time function.......Has anyone found a good work around for this? I attached an example of what I'm talking about. Essentially their "fix" was that I purchase a payroll subscription so I can have that function back or manually enter all the line items from the weekly timesheet into the items tab on the check. Ridiculous that they remove functions when you buy a newer version. Gusto works so much better than QB payroll I don't want to go back. Ironically it will still work for old employees time, but not the new ones. I use QB Pro Desktop 2021
The direct deposits did not go through to the employees of several QB online companies. Help.
I got our confirmation email and there was plenty of funds in the account but our employees didn't receive their funds AGAIN!! This happened in April and just now 7/2/21 happened again!
I go to payroll choose my team and then the program circles back to welcome to payroll, How can I get to the pay employees screen?
Quickbooks assistant also makes me go through far to many inappropriate options and inapplicable answers to get to an actual person who can answer
The Intuit acct is an expired 30-day trial of QB Self-Employed the company sent me a link for. I need to access certain aspects of the sub but can't because I don't have that subscription anymore but upgraded last year.
After a payroll update about 3 weeks ago, when I make paychecks, for some reason they will not auto populate to print like normal. I create the paycheck, then go to print the batch and nothing is there like normal. I can manually print paychecks by selecting each and printing. It's a giant pain. Any ideas?
