Is there a way for the reference number given to a bank deposit to show in the bank register?
After my card account information changed, I was informed I needed to "disconnect it on save" in order to save the transactions before I connected to the new one. How do I find the transactions for the account I disconnected?
I clicked 'finish now' before my entries were correct to reconcile. Now, everything is way off. How to I fix my records so I can reconcile?
I purchased some items and then returned something. My checking account showed the purchase and I categorized it when I reviewed it in QBO. Now my QBO checking review items show the refund i received and I don't know how to categorize that refund in QBO.

It does it automatic at the bottom and I want to be at the top, so I can filter my transaction.
every time I click the add account button under the banking tab. it just says "something's not right to try again."
For about one week my bank transactions are not updating in QBO. I have read through multiple threads all saying the same thing... manual update. Tried that, no luck. Edit sign-in info, done. Disconnected and reconnected problem accounts, all done at least once a day to try and retrieve my transactions. No luck. I checked my bank website, no updated security terms or issue navigating that site.

When we download bank or credit card transactions, we get a rather long error-type message. I have attached a pic of the message. We have had this before, and it will go away, then come back again. This time it has been with us for awhile.It is very annoying because you have to hit OK on the message for every transaction downloaded. If you download 30 bank or CC transactions, you will need to hit OK 3o times to get the downloads done. It does the downloads, but takes 3 time as long because you have to keep hitting OK when the messages pop up. Anyone else ever see this?
